• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Delivery Issues

You must notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your order hasn’t arrived. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee delivery times.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Eligibility

• Products must be in original, unworn condition with all protective films intact
• Original packaging and all accessories must be included
• A copy of your order confirmation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Customer Provided Frame (Lenses Only) – Custom-cut lenses made for specific frames
• Prescription eyewear – Custom-made products tailored to individual vision needs

Return Process

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Repackage items securely in original packaging with all protective materials

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
