Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original, unworn condition with all protective films intact
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customer Provided Frame (Lenses Only) – Custom-cut lenses made for specific frames
  • Prescription eyewear – Custom-made products tailored to individual vision needs

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request:

    Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Authorization:

    Our team will respond within 12 hours (often faster) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Package Securely:

    Repackage the item(s) in the original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

  4. Ship Your Return:

    Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Processing:

    Once received, our quality team will inspect returned items within 2 business days. You’ll receive email notification of your refund or exchange status.

Refund Timeline & Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours of approval

Note: International transactions may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or style changes):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your initial email
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If of lower value, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
  • Exchanged items will be shipped via your original shipping method unless otherwise requested

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • We will arrange for a prepaid return label if applicable
  • Receive a replacement or full refund at your discretion

International Returns

For our global customers outside the United States:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

  • We cannot refund duties or taxes paid on the original order
