Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be in original, unworn condition with all protective films intact
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customer Provided Frame (Lenses Only) – Custom-cut lenses made for specific frames
- Prescription eyewear – Custom-made products tailored to individual vision needs
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 12 hours (often faster) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Securely: Repackage the item(s) in the original packaging with all protective materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Timeline & Method

Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or style changes):

International Returns
For our global customers outside the United States:
